Orbis Wheel Balancing Beads Compound for truck wheels is engineered to deliver consistent, on-the-move wheel balancing for trucks, buses, and vans. These premium glass micro-granules are hard, perfectly spherical, and designed to evenly distribute inside the tire during motion. They continuously adjust to shifting road conditions, effectively reducing wheel imbalance, fuel consumption, and vibrations, enhancing tire longevity and driving comfort.
Ideal for mobile service operations, Orbis compound is especially useful for aluminium wheels where traditional weights could damage aesthetics or fall off due to curb contact. The compound is antistatic, does not cling to the tire’s butyl layer, and is safe for use with nitrogen-inflated tires. It’s rustproof, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.
Dosing Instructions:
Use the dosing table supplied with each bucket to measure the correct amount of compound according to tire size, using the included measuring cup. Apply the product between the tire and rim before mounting.

- Ensure the compound doesn’t spill into the bead area before mounting
- Only for use in truck, van, and bus tires
- Remove any traditional balancing weights before use
