At Fix Assist Ltd we always aim to provide high quality products to our customers and we realise that from time to time a product may have a genuine fault, so in the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact us on 087 917 1545 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll work with you to resolve any problems you may have.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and may take 7 business days to get processed. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition and accompanied by the invoice received with your purchase. You must take reasonable care of the products you want to return while they are in your possession and ensure that they are returned in the same condition as when they were received by you.
